Jennifer Lopez‘s twins are now officially teenagers! The triple threat took to her go-to social media page to celebrate Max and Emme’s 13th birthday and the video she posted was super sweet!
However, while she shares a blended family with her fiance, Alex Rodriguez, the man was not with them on the special day.
On the teens’ birthday, the proud mother posted a video in which she can be seen delivering them breakfast in bed along with two birthday cards.
‘My beautiful babies are teenagers today!! OMG!! I cannot believe it has been 13 years since I carried them home in my arms in the middle of a snowstorm. Out of that blizzard came 2 perfect lil’ coconuts who rearranged my life and also taught me the true meaning of love. It’s been the most magical journey just full of adventure and joy ever since,’ J.Lo wrote in the caption, alongside the sweet clip.
And since they are growing up so fast, reaching such a big milestone, like the teen years are, she admitted that she is ‘feeling so many emotions.’

An insider explained via ET, that Alex was not with his fiancee on her twins’ birthday.
Apparently, Jen and the kids are currently in the Dominican Republic where she is shooting her movie, Shotgun Wedding.
In the meantime, Rodriguez is spending his time in Miami, but the insider made sure to stress that the couple is ‘doing great.’
‘She is spending her twins’ big 13th birthday out of town while Alex stays in Miami with his kids. Alex had work to do, and Jen got some quality time with her kids. The couple plans to do something together for the twin’s birthday when they are together again soon.’
